Please read BEFORE applying as a Vendor or Sponsor!

Application
process

We require each vendor/sponsor to complete our online application. Please note that our applications are run through Eventeny which requires a registration.

  • Application Deadlines

    • Winter Festival: 12/31/25

    • Strawberry, Wine & Harvest and Oktoberfest: 1/31/26

  • Juried Selection

    • ​Applications are evaluated through a jury system which ensures variety and quality across all vendor categories.

  • Acceptance Notifications will be sent via Email on:

    • Winter Festival: 01/09/26​

    • Strawberry Festival: 02/27/26

    • Wine & Harvest Festival: 03/27/26

    • Oktoberfest: 04/24/26

  • Payment: Card on file will be charged (if accepted) on:

    • Winter Festival: 01/16/26

    • Strawberry Festival: 03/01/26

    • Wine & Harvest Festival: 04/01/26

    • Oktoberfest: 05/01/26

Fees

Application Fee: $20*​

*application fee will be waived for all returning 2025 vendors

Booth Fee: Varies​

Strawberry and Wine & Harvest Festivals:

  • Washington Avenue STAY UP $400/booth (approx. 53 available) – ARTISTS OR HAND CRAFT MAKERS ONLY

  • Washington Avenue TEAR DOWN $275/booth (approx. 84 available) – ARTIST OR HAND CRAFT MAKERS ONLY

  • Turner Street – STAY UP $275/booth (approx. 35 available) – ARTISAN/SMALL BATCH FOOD

  • Mill Street – STAY UP $275/booth (approx. 35 available) – RESELLERS, COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS

  • Columbia Rd (Strawberry/Harvest Alley) TEAR DOWN/$275 (approx. 20 available) – Strawberry themed items (SF) or Farmers/flowers/harvest themed items (WHF)

  • Cedar Creek Park (Strawberry Festival ONLY) STAY UP $150/booth – kids/family oriented vendors

Winter Festival:

  • $75/booth (approx. 25 available) booths located in Cedarburg Community Gym (Feb. 21, 2026 ONLY)​

Oktoberfest:​

  • $150/booth (approx. 28 available) Stay-up City Hall Lawn/surrounding parking lots

Payment: If accepted, your card on file will be charged on:​

  • Winter Festival: Jan 16, 2026

  • Strawberry Festival: March 1, 2026

  • Wine & Harvest Festival: April 1, 2026

  • Oktoberfest: May 1, 2026

Booth Info

  • Tent Booth Sizes: 10x10 or 10x20 (not applicable to Food Trucks or Entertainment)

  • Location Requests: Considered but not guaranteed.

  • Tents: Must be professional-grade and weighted (min. 40 lbs per leg). Most tents will be located on a street and cannot be staked into the ground (not applicable to Food Trucks or Entertainment)

  • Power & Water: Limited electric available in Cedar Creek Park ONLY

  • Signage & Displays: MUST be professional and family-friendly

Permits & Insurance

  • Proof of liability insurance required, naming Festivals of Cedarburg, Inc. as additional insured.

  • Food vendors must meet Ozaukee County Health Dept. regulations.

  • Vendors handle their own sales tax reporting.

Setup/teardown

  • Setup: Friday evening or early Saturday (varies by event/location).

  • Vehicle Access: Load/unload promptly, then move to vendor parking.

  • Tear-Down: After official closing—early departure not permitted.

  • Vendors must clean their space before leaving.

Weather & Cancellations

  • Festivals are rain or shine events.

  • No refunds for weather or no-shows.

  • Emergency updates posted on website & social media

As a reminder, all vendors must apply to our Festivals through Eventeny/our website. Never transfer vending funds to an individual, or through any alternative method that has not been previously mentioned by Festivals of Cedarburg or Eventeny.
