Weather
Festivals will be held rain or shine! We only close down if instructed to do so by Cedarburg Emergency Services. Please be advised that severe conditions may delay or cancel performances/events.
Security
Police officers, Firemen, and EMTs will be present throughout the Festival grounds, and all streets will be blocked with barricades. The following are not allowed within the Festival footprint: Outside alcohol Firearms / Weapons Pets (service animals only)
First Aid
First Aid booths (staffed by Aurora Health Care) are located in Cedar Creek Park and across the street from the Community Gym on Washington Ave.
pets
For the safety and comfort of all Festival attendees, please leave all pets at home (unless they are a certified service animal). If you attend with 4-legged friend, you may be asked to take them home. We would LOVE to see your pets during the K9 Carnival in July!
Accessibility
Due to the historic nature of Downtown Cedarburg, many buildings are not easily accessible for persons with mobility challenges or strollers. Please visit the 'accessibility' section of this page for further information.
Lost & Found
If you lose any belongings, head to the nearest Festivals booth (Lemonade, Beer, Info, Berries, etc) and let the volunteer staff know. They will radio dispatch to check on your item(s). Anything not claimed by close on Saturday will be taken to the Volunteer Dispatch tent near the Community Gym on Washington Ave.

Feeding & Changing
A respite for anyone with little ones! Stop by Advent Lutheran Church between 10am - 5 pm. Enter through the Prayer Garden on the lower level. W63N642 Washington Ave.
Stop by our Strawberry Festival Merchandise booth to get your official shirts, bags, koozies and more! Located in the Festival Food Court by the Community Center. Shirts and bags are also available for purchase on our website!
Seating Area
Take a break at the NEW City Hall Seating area! Chairs and loungers are generously provided by the Amish Craftsman Guild.
Family Oasis
Visit the Family Oasis rest area hosted by Mama Fox Baby Boutique. Located in Cedar Creek Park, this is a comfy, calm space to feed a baby, change a diaper, or for expecting mamas to rest. A First Aid/Child Safety booth is also located here.
Lost Child Prevention
Visit the Festival Info Booths at Mill St. or Bridge Rd. to grab your FREE safety wristbands and stickers for kids. Sponsored by Port Washington State Bank.

Staffed by Ozaukee Food Alliance volunteers, Information Booths are located at the following intersections: Bridge & Washington Mill & Washington Info Booths will have Lost & Found, printed brochures, and free safety wristbands for children. Special Activities

Advent Lutheran Church
We welcome you to our CommUNITY Table, this year’s fundraiser for our mission partner in Milwaukee, Cross Lutheran Church. We will have games, prizes, baked goods, food and more – all proceeds supporting Cross Church’s important feeding, healing, and empowerment services for the city’s disadvantaged.
St. Nicholas Orthodox Church
All kinds of delicious Greek cookies, Baklava, and other sweet treats (including gluten free), spinach and cheese pies, stuffed grape leaves, and more will be available at our booth. 99% of the sale proceeds are donated to a variety of charities including St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, and others.
Cedarburg History Museum
Pop into the Cedarburg Visitor’s Center for Vintage Festivals t-shirts and unique Cedarburg keepsakes! Enjoy the “Nifty Fifties & Swinging Sixties” museum display, stunning history galleries, and a 1948 Indian motorcycle—all FREE. Credit cards accepted, event parking available.
Cedar Quacker 500 Rubber Duck Races
Come cheer on hundreds of rubber ducks as they race down Cedar Creek at 1pm and 3pm on Saturday and Sunday. Purchase a duck for a chance at big prizes! 1 for $5, 5 for $20, 20 for $60

Ozaukee Food Alliance
The food drive is back for its second year. Donation bins are located at all shuttle stops . Scan the QR code to donate and be entered into drawings for great prizes! Play Granny Bingo at Blanca’s Entertainment District (Hanover & Mill) with proceeds going to the Ozaukee Food Alliance.
Mel’s Charities Corner
Mel’s on the Move food truck will be serving up Mel’s famous pulled pork sandwiches, tasty burgers, cheese curds and more. 100% of proceeds go to Mel’s Charities.
