Festivals Vendor Applications

Thank you for considering being a vendor at our Festivals. Festivals of Cedarburg organizes several of the largest two-day events in Ozaukee County.  With over 250 vendor booths and attendance of over 90,000 at our largest festivals, our rapidly growing family festivals have become the area's most exciting and anticipated events.

We welcome vendors that offer quality and relevant products.  All vendors are juried into our events and Festivals reserves the right to reject any products that directly compete with our Cedarburg Merchants or that we feel are not appropriate for the integrity of the Festivals.  The sales of weapons, alcohol, or tobacco is prohibited.

Thank you for considering vending at Strawberry Festival (SF) and/or Wine & Harvest Festival (WHF).

STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL IS FULL - WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THIS EVENT. 

We are still accepting applications for our 2013 Wine & Harvest Festival from Commercial (Marketplace), AG, Food, and local Non-Profit (supporting causes in Ozaukee County) and Farmer's Market vendors.

All service-based businesses can only enter the Festivals as a sponsor.  You are not considered a marketplace vendor.  Also, your business must not directly compete with a Cedarburg merchant to qualify for participation.  Please email us at cedarburgfestivals@yahoo.com for information on sponsorships or with questions. 

We will not accept food applications for Kettle Korn, Pizza, Brats, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Coffees, Ice Cream, Smoothies/Slushies, and Lemonade.

OCTOBER 12-13, 2013

Thank you for considering vending at our Oktoberfest (OF). We are now accepting applications from Commercial, AG (licensed kitchen homemade prepackaged food items) and Farmer’s Market vendors on a very limited basis for Oktoberfest.  All serviced-based businesses can only enter the festival as a sponsor.  Please contact us at cedarburgfestivals@yahoo.com for information.

We do not accept food vendors at Oktoberfest.
